No worries—we’ve got you covered! We’ll grind that coffee for you in-store, or, if you’re shopping online, just select the grind you prefer. You can select whether you want it ground for a French press, percolator, drip, single-serve cup or more! We will grind, pack, and ship it just for you.
We don’t package our coffee in single-serve cups (it interferes with the freshness, plus, as a century-old business, we value sustainability). But we’re happy to grind it to just the right consistency for you to spoon it into your reusable single-serve cups.
But of course! We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $65; the free shipping option will pop up toward the end of your checkout process once you meet the price limit.
Everybody and anybody in the shop can help you. That’s because we craft-roast our coffee and hand make our drinks. No one is pushing a button, then stepping away and letting a machine do the work; the baristas at Nicholas Coffee & Tea Co. really know coffee, inside and out.
If you’re in the store, tell us a little bit about the flavors you like and we’ll point you toward the right coffee or tea. If you’re interested in tea, you can even order a cup on-site, and if you like it, then pick up a bag to take home with you. At our Coffee Bar, you can also try a different flavored coffee and drip coffee every day, or try our decaf.
If you’re ordering online, why not roll the dice with the Roaster’s Choice? It’s a coffee that we think is so delicious, we’re highlighting it for a time. You can also join a Mystery Coffee subscription, and receive a new coffee every quarter. Once you find one you love, re-order!
Of course, if you just want some expert advice to guide you toward the right online selection, please feel free to email us at info@nicholascoffee.net and tell us your flavor profile; do you like a medium or dark roast? Are you making drip coffee or espresso drinks? Give us some info and we’ll point you in the right direction
Thank you! We’re glad you asked. Because we’re a one-stop-shop where coffee is roasted, ground, and packed on-site, we’re able to keep our overhead low, and pass those savings on to you. Read all about it here.
We do offer certified coffee. It costs more per pound than non-certified coffee, and that premium goes back into the communities that grow the beans. But we also sell non-certified coffee, because we know the certification process is a time-consuming and expensive one, and not every farmer is able to participate in it. We like to offer our customers a choice, and to support small farming communities at the same time. We choose all our coffee carefully, to make sure that it offers great value both for the coffee farmer and the coffee drinker.
We can custom-pack any one of our coffees with a sticker bearing your name and logo (or a phrase like “The Perfect Blend” for a wedding). Email us at info@nicholascoffee.net, let us know what you have in mind and we’ll go from there.
You’ve got options, from tea balls to pincer spoons to tea sacs. And we happen to sell all of those in-store and online—along with reusable coffee cups, stainless steel straws and other must-haves for tea and coffee lovers. When you love coffee and tea as much as we do, you want to make it easy for everyone else to love it, too!
