A blend of Central and South American coffees. Roasted longer to produce a dark-brown, shiny bean. The shine comes from the oils, naturally present in coffee, that are drawn to the surface by the extended roasting.

Love this roast!
Was given a bag from my son in law. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and usually a skeptic to stray away from my norm. However I’m pleased to post how good and enjoyed very much this roast. Sadly I live in Texas and it will need to be shipped making it a tad pricy. I’m sure I will give in and order some soon. Keep up the good work!!
