These coffees begin by growing at altitudes of 3300+ feet. The Cooperativa San Antonio de Sisle is composed of small farms of 1-6 hectares. Banana, plantain and other trees provide shade for the coffee. They are Fairtrade and Organic certified.
CUPPING NOTES: Milk Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Buttery, Malt, Almond, with a Medium Body and Acidity.
